As Director of Communications at LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Will worked to challenge expectations about blindness and create new awareness programs to change the perception of what visually impaired people can achieve.
Today, as VP of Community at Be My Eyes, Will looks after the largest global community of blind and low vision people, as well as nearly 5 million volunteers and companies who support them.
